This Privacy Policy explains how SHEPODY handles information when you visit frying.cc, request a quotation or contact us about industrial frying equipment and processing lines.
1. Who we are
SHEPODY operates this website and supplies industrial frying equipment and complete food processing line solutions. We are based in Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Privacy enquiries may be sent to sales@frying.cc.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or telephone number, country, product of interest, required capacity, project message and the page from which the enquiry was sent. Please do not include confidential information that is not needed for us to assess your project.
Website and measurement information
Our first-party measurement system may process the requested page, referring page, site language, browser, device and operating-system information, selected conversion events, and approved campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. An IP address is used transiently for security, approximate location and same-day visitor calculation; the stored IP value is anonymized.
By default, same-day measurement works without a browser analytics cookie. The server derives an anonymous identifier that rotates each day. If you accept analytics, the browser stores a random first-party anonymous identifier for up to 90 days so that returning visits can be recognised across days. It does not contain your name, email address or telephone number.

The optional anonymous analytics identifier expires after 90 days, while the necessary cookie that remembers your choice may remain for up to 365 days. Enquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, develop the project, provide service, maintain business records or meet legal requirements, after which they should be deleted or anonymized.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or lodge a complaint with a competent authority. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use appropriate care when sending project documents or commercially sensitive information.
