From Factory Evaluation to a Customized Corn Snack Line

The Turkish customer planned to produce Soslu Misir, a coated fried corn snack sold in several flavors. The project team visited the Joyshine factory in June 2025 to inspect the workshop, review the frying and seasoning process and discuss the final configuration.

After the visit, the order was confirmed and the line moved into production. The original project record states that the complete fried corn snack line was finalized and shipped in July 2025. No post-installation operating figures were published.

The Challenge

  • Process coordination. Connect soaking, dewatering, frying, oil removal, seasoning, cooling and packing.
  • Flavor flexibility. Support powder and oil application for several planned retail flavors.
  • Factory fit. Adjust the layout and specifications to the customer facility.
  • Retail preparation. Deliver a repeatable finishing process suitable for packaged snack products.

Our Solution

The confirmed process uses soaking, dewatering, continuous frying, oil removal, oil spraying, powder seasoning, cooling and packaging. The line combines the fryer, finishing equipment and packing connection into one customized flow.

The factory visit allowed the customer to review the equipment and production sequence before confirming the order. The published status is shipment completed, with commissioning results not yet disclosed.
