Automatic Snack Frying Line
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY Automatic Snack Frying Line is designed for continuous production of pellet snacks, dough snacks and selected coated foods. Metered feeding and PLC-coordinated conveyor speeds help maintain a stable product bed through the fryer, de-oiling section and cooling conveyor.

A double-mesh belt can control light products during frying, while downstream inspection and seasoning sections prepare the product for packing. Because snack recipes differ in expansion, oil pickup and frying time, the line is engineered after reviewing the sample, hourly output and available factory space.

Typical line modules

  • Feed hopper and metering conveyor
  • Continuous double-mesh fryer
  • Vibrating de-oiling conveyor
  • Multi-fan air cooling and inspection belt
  • Elevator, seasoning drum and packing connection

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

Specifications for Initial Selection

The values below support initial equipment selection. Final capacity, dimensions and utility requirements are confirmed for your product, process and site conditions.

Capacity / Sizing BasisTypical capacity: 300-1000 kg/h; final output depends on the recipe and project configuration
Heating MethodElectric, gas or diesel heating, selected for the project
MaterialSUS304 stainless steel food-contact construction
ControlPLC touchscreen with recipe-based speed and temperature control
Voltage380V / 50Hz / 3 Phase, customizable
Selection NotesTypical general-line capacity: 300-1000 kg/h, with a typical frying-temperature range of 160-200 C. The reference automatic configuration uses SUS304 food-contact construction, PLC control and a double-mesh fryer. Metered feeding, oil filtration, residue removal, de-oiling, cooling, inspection, seasoning dosing and a packing interface can be integrated. Final capacity, belt width, line length, power and utilities are confirmed from the snack recipe, piece size, coating, moisture and frying time.

What We Need to Configure Your Equipment

Please share your raw material and finished product, target output and whether it is based on raw input or finished product, available workshop length, width and height, local power and fuel conditions, and the required automation and packing scope.

After the order and final configuration are confirmed, we provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings needed for implementation. Detailed engineering drawings are supplied for confirmed projects rather than published online.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about configuring and operating this equipment.

Typical applications include pellet snacks, corn or rice snacks, dough snacks, tortilla-style chips, coated foods and selected nuts or beans. Final equipment is confirmed from samples.

Frying time is adjusted through conveyor speed, while the PLC controls oil temperature. Both settings are matched to expansion, moisture and target color.

The upper belt keeps floating or expanding snacks within the oil zone, helping the product fry evenly and transfer smoothly.

Yes. The line can include lifting, powder or liquid dosing, drum seasoning and an interface to the selected packing machine.

Yes. Belt width, heating source, filtration, cooling length and module arrangement are designed around output, recipe and floor space.
