Vibrating Deoiling Machine
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY vibrating de-oiling machine is installed directly after a continuous fryer. Controlled vibration spreads the product across a perforated food-contact deck, allowing surface oil to drain into the collection pan below while the product moves toward the next process.

Compared with centrifugal de-oiling, the linear conveying action is suitable for fragile chips, fries and formed snacks that must remain in continuous flow. Deck width, perforation pattern, vibration intensity and inlet or outlet height are selected for the product and frying-line layout.

Typical configuration

  • Perforated SUS304 vibrating deck
  • Twin vibration motors and spring isolation supports
  • Oil collection pan with drain connection
  • Variable-frequency control for product residence time
PROCESSING FLOW

How the Process Works

Each stage is configured around the equipment, selected utilities and production requirements.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about configuring and operating this equipment.

No. This model uses a linear vibrating deck for continuous conveying, while a centrifugal machine spins product in a basket or drum.

Yes. The inlet width, working height and discharge direction can be matched to the fryer and downstream conveyor.

Vibration intensity and deck angle are selected for the product. Gentle settings help move fragile chips while limiting breakage.

Oil passes through the perforated deck into a collection pan and leaves through a drain connection for handling according to the line design.

Accessible food-contact surfaces, the open deck and removable collection components support washdown and routine sanitation.

Yes. Capacity and layout are engineered around your product, target output, available workshop dimensions, heating source, local utilities and required automation. The listed capacity ranges support initial selection and are not fixed limits.

Yes. After the order and final equipment configuration are confirmed, our engineers provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings required for implementation. Detailed engineering drawings are supplied to customers for their confirmed projects rather than published online.
