Continuous Frying Oil Filtration System
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY continuous frying oil filtration system is engineered around the fryer oil volume, circulation flow and type of product fines. A typical configuration combines coarse residue screening, finer online or vacuum filtration, an optional holding tank, hot-oil pumps, valves and return piping.

The filtration loop can operate alongside the fryer so suspended crumbs and sediment are removed during production. Final filter type and rating are selected after reviewing particle size, coating load, oil temperature, required flow and the plant cleaning procedure.

Oil Loop Configured for the Fryer

  • Coarse screening for larger crumbs and fryer residue.
  • Optional fine or vacuum filtration selected for the product load.
  • Holding tank and circulation pumps for transfer, cleaning and return oil.
  • PLC interlocks with fryer level, pump status and filtration operation.
  • Accessible filter and piping layout for routine sanitation and maintenance.
PROCESSING FLOW

How the Process Works

Each stage is configured around the equipment, selected utilities and production requirements.

  • Fryer Oil Outlet
  • Coarse Residue Screen
  • Fine or Vacuum Filtration
  • Holding Tank When Required
  • Circulation Pump
  • Controlled Return
  • Fryer

Designed for Consistent, Efficient Frying

Practical engineering details that keep quality stable and operating costs under control.

Multi-Stage Residue Removal

Coarse screening and optional finer filtration are combined around the product fines profile

Inline Oil Recirculation

Filtered oil can be pumped back to the fryer during production through a controlled return loop

Holding-Tank Integration

An optional tank supports oil transfer during cleaning, maintenance or recipe changeover

Project-Matched Selection

Flow, filter media and filtration rating are confirmed from fryer volume, oil temperature and particle load

Sanitary Access

Stainless food-contact components and accessible covers support routine filter cleaning and inspection

Flow rate and filtration rating are selected from the fryer oil volume, product fines, operating temperature and required turnover.

What We Need to Configure Your Equipment

Please share your raw material and finished product, target output and whether it is based on raw input or finished product, available workshop length, width and height, local power and fuel conditions, and the required automation and packing scope.

After the order and final configuration are confirmed, we provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings needed for implementation. Detailed engineering drawings are supplied for confirmed projects rather than published online.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable Foods and Applications

Frying temperature, residence time and product handling are set for the recipe and target finished product.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about configuring and operating this equipment.

Yes, an inline loop can remove residue and return filtered oil during production. The operating sequence and bypass arrangement are confirmed with the fryer controls.

Filtration rating is selected after reviewing product crumbs, coating fines, oil flow and the required process result. We do not apply one micron value to every fryer.

Usually yes, after confirming fryer oil volume, outlet and return points, pump head, operating temperature, available floor space and control interfaces.

It is optional but useful when oil must be transferred during fryer cleaning, maintenance or changeover. Tank size and insulation are matched to the installation.

It is commonly considered for potato products, nuts, legumes, breaded foods and snacks that generate crumbs or fines during frying.

Yes. Capacity and layout are engineered around your product, target output, available workshop dimensions, heating source, local utilities and required automation. The listed capacity ranges support initial selection and are not fixed limits.

Yes. After the order and final equipment configuration are confirmed, our engineers provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings required for implementation.
