Continuous Potato Chips Frying Line
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY continuous potato chips frying line is a modular solution for industrial snack production. It connects raw potato preparation with controlled continuous frying, surface oil removal, seasoning and packing, helping operators maintain consistent chip thickness, color and texture.

Reference configurations cover 50-500 kg/h. The final equipment list is selected around raw material condition, finished-chip capacity, slice style, available energy and factory layout.

Typical production line configuration

  • Potato washing, peeling and inspection
  • Precision slicing for flat or wavy chips
  • Blanching and surface moisture removal
  • Continuous frying with coordinated temperature and belt-speed control
  • Vibrating de-oiling and drum seasoning
  • Automatic weighing and packing connection

Inspection conveyors, sorting equipment, oil filtration and oil circulation modules can be added when required. Final power, dimensions and utility consumption are confirmed in the project proposal.
