Banana Chips Frying Line
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY Banana Chips Frying Line connects precision slicing with continuous frying, de-oiling and seasoning. It is suitable for banana and plantain processors that need repeatable slice thickness, controlled frying conditions and a practical path from prepared fruit to seasoned chips.

The slicer and fryer are selected for the raw material, slice shape and desired crispness. Product-contact parts use SUS304 stainless steel, and conveyor speed and oil temperature are adjustable. Optional modules include raw-material feeding, seasoning spray, oil filtration and a packing-machine connection.

Typical product scope

  • Banana and plantain chips
  • Sweet potato and cassava slices
  • Taro and other root-vegetable chips
  • Plain, salted or flavored products
  • Different slice thicknesses after product evaluation
