The SHEPODY banana and plantain chips solution is built around the raw fruit, maturity, slice style and target texture. Green bananas and plantains are commonly selected for crisp chips, while peeling and preparation are arranged according to sap, labor and automation requirements.
A typical capacity range is 50-500 kg/h. The standard industrial route connects adjustable slicing, continuous frying, vibrating de-oiling, drum seasoning and packing. Raw-material feeding, oil filtration and liquid or powder seasoning can be added when required.
