The SHEPODY pork rind solution is configured around the incoming skin condition and the required finished expansion. Dried or conditioned skin can use a shorter feeding and frying route, while fresh or cooked skin requires preparation, cutting and controlled drying or conditioning before frying.

Reference capacity ranges are 20-100 kg/h for semi-automatic configurations and 100-500 kg/h for fully automatic lines. Frying temperature and time vary with the incoming material and preparation route, so final settings are confirmed for each product.

Recommended automatic configuration

  • Raw-skin preparation, cutting and conditioning as required
  • Controlled lifting and metered feeding
  • Continuous frying with project-selected heating
  • Surface-oil removal and axial-air cooling
  • Drum seasoning and packing connection

Recipe trials are required to confirm expansion, frying time, oil behavior and final yield for the selected raw material.
