OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY pork rind frying line is configured around the incoming material, whether production starts with prepared dried skins or a fresh-skin preparation route. Metered feeding, double-mesh conveying, controlled frying, surface-oil removal, cooling and seasoning provide a coordinated process from fryer inlet to packing transfer.

Semi-automatic systems suit developing production, while fully automatic lines combine feeding, temperature control, conveying and oil filtration for higher throughput. Process settings are established through product trials because expansion, texture and frying time depend heavily on the preparation method.

Typical Line Modules

  • Metered lift conveyor for stable fryer loading.
  • Continuous double-mesh fryer with oil circulation and filtration.
  • Air cooling and surface-oil removal conveyor.
  • Rotary drum for even seasoning coverage.
  • Inspection, buffer and packing-transfer conveyors as required.

KEY FEATURES

Designed for Consistent, Efficient Frying

Practical engineering details that keep quality stable and operating costs under control.

Two Material Routes

The process can be configured for prepared dried skins or a fresh-skin preparation route

Scalable Automation

Semi-automatic 20-100 kg/h and fully automatic 100-500 kg/h options support different production stages

Double-Mesh Conveying

Controlled product retention helps keep light pork rinds moving evenly through the oil

Deoiling and Cooling

Air-assisted conveying removes loose surface oil and cools product before seasoning

Integrated Finishing

Seasoning, inspection and packing transfer can be connected to form a coordinated line

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

Specifications for Initial Selection

The values below support initial equipment selection. Final capacity, dimensions and utility requirements are confirmed for your product, process and site conditions.

Capacity / Sizing BasisSemi-automatic: 20-100 kg/h; fully automatic: 100-500 kg/h
Heating MethodProject-selected heating system, confirmed for the raw-material route
MaterialSUS304 stainless steel food-contact construction
ControlPLC-coordinated feeding, temperature, conveying and oil filtration
VoltageCustomized to local power supply
Selection NotesSelection ranges are 20-100 kg/h for semi-automatic configurations and 100-500 kg/h for fully automatic configurations. The process must be selected around the incoming material: dried or conditioned skin can enter a shorter frying route, while fresh or cooked skin requires preparation and controlled drying or conditioning before frying. A typical automatic configuration includes a lifting conveyor, continuous fryer, de-oiling or air-cooling section, drum seasoning and packing connection. Frying temperature and time are recipe- and route-specific and are confirmed by trials rather than treated as universal values.

What We Need to Configure Your Equipment

Please share your raw material and finished product, target output and whether it is based on raw input or finished product, available workshop length, width and height, local power and fuel conditions, and the required automation and packing scope.

After the order and final configuration are confirmed, we provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings needed for implementation. Detailed engineering drawings are supplied for confirmed projects rather than published online.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable Foods and Applications

Frying temperature, residence time and product handling are set for the recipe and target finished product.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about configuring and operating this equipment.

Yes, but the upstream preparation and frying recipe are different. We first confirm the incoming skin condition and desired expansion before defining the equipment scope.

Semi-automatic systems cover a reference range of 20-100 kg/h, while fully automatic configurations can be designed for approximately 100-500 kg/h.

Pork rinds are light and expand during frying. Upper and lower mesh conveying helps control product movement and supports more even residence time.

No. They depend on skin preparation, moisture, thickness and target texture, so operating parameters are confirmed through trials instead of using one setting for every product.

Yes. A cooling conveyor, rotary seasoning drum, inspection section and packing transfer can be integrated after the flavor system and bag format are confirmed.

Yes. Capacity and layout are engineered around your product, target output, available workshop dimensions, heating source, local utilities and required automation. The listed capacity ranges support initial selection and are not fixed limits.

Yes. After the order and final equipment configuration are confirmed, our engineers provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings required for implementation.
