A well-established snack food manufacturer in Bolivia planned to expand its fried-snack capacity with a mid-sized automatic potato chips line. The project goals were to increase output, improve batch-to-batch consistency and reduce dependence on manual handling.
The line also needed to fit the client's available plant layout. After technical discussions, the project team prepared a space-efficient configuration and supplied layout drawings, production updates, factory testing and logistics coordination.
The delivered line covers the process from raw-potato preparation through final seasoning and packing connection. Its core configuration includes:
- Spiral roller washing and peeling machine
- Variable-speed slicer for adjustable, uniform slices
- Automatic blanching machine
- Continuous fryer with temperature control
- Vibrating de-oiling and air-drying system
- Seasoning drum and automatic packing connection
The food-contact equipment was manufactured in stainless steel. Before dispatch, the complete line passed factory testing and was loaded for shipment to Bolivia.
Because on-site installation was still pending when the delivery record was published, the support package included user manuals, operation videos and remote commissioning assistance for installation and operator training.
