Industrial Frying Oil Heating System
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY industrial frying oil heating system is engineered around the fryer oil load, product throughput, target warm-up time and available plant utilities. The heating module, circulation pumps, valves, instruments and PLC temperature loops work together to deliver controlled heat to the fryer.

Electric, gas/LNG/LPG, diesel or electromagnetic configurations can be evaluated according to the fryer design and local energy supply. The final solution is selected project by project; heating duty and operating temperature are not represented by one universal catalog value.

Typical System Scope

  • Project-selected heating module and hot-oil circulation loop.
  • Temperature and pressure instrumentation at key process points.
  • Modulating heat output coordinated by PLC control.
  • Optional multi-zone control for compatible continuous fryers.
  • Safety alarms and interlocks matched to the selected energy source.
PROCESSING FLOW

How the Process Works

Each stage is configured around the equipment, selected utilities and production requirements.

  • Energy Input
  • Heating Module
  • Controlled Oil Circulation
  • Fryer Zones
  • Temperature Feedback
  • Automatic Modulation
KEY FEATURES

Designed for Consistent, Efficient Frying

Practical engineering details that keep quality stable and operating costs under control.

Project-Sized Heat Input

Heating duty is calculated from oil volume, production load, heat loss and required warm-up time

Controlled Oil Circulation

Pumps and sanitary piping maintain the designed flow through the heating module and fryer circuit

Closed-Loop Temperature Control

Process sensors feed the PLC so heat output can respond to changing product load

Multiple Energy Options

Electric, gas/LNG/LPG, diesel or electromagnetic configurations can be evaluated against local utilities

Coordinated Safety Logic

Temperature limits, flow status and energy-source interlocks are defined for the selected system

Frying temperature, residence time and product handling are set for the recipe and target finished product.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about configuring and operating this equipment.

Electric, gas/LNG/LPG, diesel and electromagnetic configurations can be evaluated. The suitable option depends on fryer design, output, local energy price and available plant utilities.

We calculate it from fryer oil volume, product throughput, incoming temperature, target temperature, heat loss and the required warm-up time.

Yes, compatible continuous fryers can use independently monitored zones. The number of zones and actuator arrangement are confirmed with the fryer design.

It may be possible after checking the existing oil circuit, heat load, pump capacity, control interface, installation space and safety requirements.

Please provide local voltage and frequency, available electrical capacity or fuel type and pressure, exhaust conditions, fryer oil volume and target production data.

Yes. Capacity and layout are engineered around your product, target output, available workshop dimensions, heating source, local utilities and required automation. The listed capacity ranges support initial selection and are not fixed limits.

Yes. After the order and final equipment configuration are confirmed, our engineers provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings required for implementation.
