Automatic Continuous Frying Line

A modular PLC-controlled frying line that connects feeding, continuous frying, de-oiling, cooling and seasoning for stable high-volume production.

Typical capacity: 300-1000 kg/h; custom configurations available Electric, gas or diesel heating, selected for the project SUS304 stainless steel food-contact construction
Automatic Continuous Frying Line
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY Automatic Continuous Frying Line is configured as a coordinated production system rather than a collection of standalone machines. Product feeding, oil temperature, belt speed and downstream handling can be matched to the recipe so the product moves steadily from raw feeding to the packing connection.

The food-contact sections are built in SUS304 stainless steel. A double-layer mesh belt keeps light or floating products under control during frying, while the lifting hood and conveyor assembly provide access for daily cleaning. Heating and line layout are selected around the product, target output and available utilities.

Typical line configuration

  • Metered feeding and transfer conveyor
  • Continuous double-mesh fryer with PLC control
  • Vibrating de-oiling and air cooling sections
  • Inspection, lifting and drum seasoning equipment
  • Optional oil filtration and packing connection

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

Specifications for Initial Selection

The values below support initial equipment selection. Final capacity, dimensions and utility requirements are confirmed for your product, process and site conditions.

Capacity / Sizing BasisTypical capacity: 300-1000 kg/h; custom configurations available
Heating MethodElectric, gas or diesel heating, selected for the project
MaterialSUS304 stainless steel food-contact construction
ControlPLC touchscreen with coordinated line control
Voltage380V / 50Hz / 3 Phase, customizable
Selection NotesTypical line capacity: 300-1000 kg/h, with a typical frying-temperature range of 160-200 C and modular line lengths of approximately 6-15 m. A typical configuration uses SUS304 food-contact construction, PLC control and a double-mesh conveying fryer. Oil filtration, residue removal, lifting or cleaning arrangements, de-oiling, cooling, seasoning and packing interfaces are selected for the project. Final output basis, belt width, heating duty, footprint and utilities are calculated from the food, frying time and workshop conditions.

What We Need to Configure Your Equipment

Please share your raw material and finished product, target output and whether it is based on raw input or finished product, available workshop length, width and height, local power and fuel conditions, and the required automation and packing scope.

After the order and final configuration are confirmed, we provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings needed for implementation. Detailed engineering drawings are supplied for confirmed projects rather than published online.
