Industrial Vegetable Frying Line
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY industrial vegetable frying line is configured around the raw material, cut shape, coating and target moisture. A typical line connects metered feeding, continuous frying, surface-oil removal, air cooling, inspection and seasoning, while washing, cutting, blanching or coating modules are selected separately for the product.

The fryer uses double-mesh conveying, adjustable belt speed and PLC temperature control to keep light or irregular pieces moving through the oil. SUS304 food-contact construction and a lifting fryer structure support routine cleaning and recipe changes.

Configurable Process Scope

  • Preparation modules for washing, cutting, blanching, coating or dewatering.
  • Metered feeding and double-mesh continuous frying.
  • Optional multi-stage oil screening and online filtration.
  • Vibrating de-oiling, air cooling and inspection.
  • Seasoning and packing transfer matched to the finished product.

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

Specifications for Initial Selection

The values below support initial equipment selection. Final capacity, dimensions and utility requirements are confirmed for your product, process and site conditions.

Capacity / Sizing BasisTypical automatic-line capacity: 300-1000 kg/h; final output depends on the vegetable and recipe
Heating MethodElectric, gas or diesel, selected for product and plant utilities
MaterialSUS304 stainless steel food-contact construction
ControlPLC touchscreen with adjustable belt speed and multi-zone temperature control
Voltage380V / 50Hz / 3 Phase, customizable
Selection NotesFor initial selection, the general automatic frying line has a typical capacity range of 300-1000 kg/h for snack, meat and vegetable products. The reference line uses SUS304 food-contact construction, PLC touchscreen control, a double-layer mesh belt, optional multi-zone heating and a typical adjustable frying range of 160-200 C. Final vegetable output is confirmed for the product rather than guaranteed from the general range. Throughput, temperature, residence time, preparation modules, belt selection, de-oiling, cooling and filtration depend on vegetable moisture, cut size, coating, product fragility and finished-product requirements.

What We Need to Configure Your Equipment

Please share your raw material and finished product, target output and whether it is based on raw input or finished product, available workshop length, width and height, local power and fuel conditions, and the required automation and packing scope.

After the order and final configuration are confirmed, we provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings needed for implementation. Detailed engineering drawings are supplied for confirmed projects rather than published online.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable Foods and Applications

Frying temperature, residence time and product handling are set for the recipe and target finished product.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about configuring and operating this equipment.

Typical projects include tempura vegetables, okra, mushrooms, carrot or lotus-root chips, sweet-potato slices and selected plant-based products. Each recipe is evaluated separately.

No. Washing, cutting, blanching, coating and dewatering depend on the raw material, cut shape and target texture, so the upstream modules are selected per product.

The general automatic line has a reference range of 300-1000 kg/h. Actual output depends on bulk density, moisture, coating, frying time and the required cooling process.

Yes. Coarse residue screening, optional online filtration, a holding tank and circulation pumps can be integrated after the oil load and product fines are reviewed.

Vacuum frying may be more suitable for heat-sensitive fruit or vegetable chips requiring lower-temperature dehydration. Atmospheric continuous frying is generally selected for higher-output prepared or coated products.

Yes. Capacity and layout are engineered around your product, target output, available workshop dimensions, heating source, local utilities and required automation. The listed capacity ranges support initial selection and are not fixed limits.

Yes. After the order and final equipment configuration are confirmed, our engineers provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings required for implementation. Detailed engineering drawings are supplied to customers for their confirmed projects rather than published online.
