Cassava Chips Production Line

A project-engineered processing line for turning fresh cassava roots into evenly sliced, fried and seasoned chips at the required output.

Typical finished-product output: 50-500 kg/h; custom configurations available Electric, gas or diesel heating, selected for the project SUS304 stainless steel food-contact construction
Cassava Chips Production Line
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY cassava chips production line connects the key stages from raw-root preparation to finished-chip discharge. The standard process can include sorting, washing and peeling, precision slicing, pre-washing, blanching, dewatering, continuous frying, vibration deoiling, seasoning and transfer to packing.

Food-contact sections use SUS304 stainless steel and are arranged for continuous material flow. Slicing thickness, conveyor speed and frying conditions are adjusted around the cassava variety, target texture and required throughput.

Configurable Line Scope

  • Washing and peeling equipment selected for incoming root condition.
  • Precision slicing with a reference thickness range of 1-5 mm.
  • Pre-washing, blanching and dewatering before frying.
  • Continuous frying, oil removal, seasoning and packing transfer.
  • Semi-automatic or integrated configurations matched to the plant layout.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about configuring and operating this equipment.

Configurations start around 50-100 kg/h for semi-automatic production and can be engineered up to 500 kg/h. Final capacity is confirmed from slice thickness, moisture and the required frying cycle.

Yes. Washing intensity, slice thickness, blanching and frying parameters are set after reviewing the root size, starch level and target chip texture.

A reference range of 1-5 mm is available. The most suitable setting depends on the chip style and moisture removal target.

Electric, gas or diesel heating can be selected according to local utilities, capacity and operating-cost priorities.

The line can discharge to a separate packing system or be integrated with weighing and packing equipment after the bag format and output are confirmed.

Yes. Capacity and layout are engineered around your product, target output, available workshop dimensions, heating source, local utilities and required automation. The listed capacity ranges support initial selection and are not fixed limits.

Yes. After the order and final equipment configuration are confirmed, our engineers provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings required for implementation. Detailed engineering drawings are supplied to customers for their confirmed projects rather than published online.
