Industrial Nut Frying Line
OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The SHEPODY industrial nut frying line can be configured around a round batch fryer for flexible recipes or a continuous mesh-belt fryer for higher output. The choice depends on product size, coating, batch change frequency, target texture and required production capacity.

Downstream de-oiling, air cooling and drum seasoning can be connected to either route. Oil screening or online filtration is selected according to the amount and size of crumbs, coating fines and seasoning carried by the product.

Batch and Continuous Options

  • Round batch frying with optional automatic feeding, discharge and planetary stirring.
  • Continuous double-mesh frying with PLC temperature and belt-speed control.
  • Vibrating or centrifugal oil removal selected for product fragility.
  • Air cooling, inspection and powder or liquid seasoning.
  • Oil filtration matched to crumbs, coating fines and fryer circulation flow.

KEY FEATURES

Designed for Consistent, Efficient Frying

Practical engineering details that keep quality stable and operating costs under control.

Two Production Routes

Choose flexible round-batch frying or a higher-output continuous mesh-belt configuration

Gentle Product Handling

Stirring, mesh selection and conveyor speed are matched to coated and uncoated nuts or legumes

Coordinated Oil Removal

Vibrating or centrifugal de-oiling is selected around product size, fragility and batch format

Recipe-Based Control

Temperature, residence time and agitation are established for each nut, bean or coating system

Integrated Finishing

Cooling, inspection, seasoning and packing transfer can be connected to the fryer output

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

Specifications for Initial Selection

The values below support initial equipment selection. Final capacity, dimensions and utility requirements are confirmed for your product, process and site conditions.

Capacity / Sizing BasisBatch models: 20 / 30 / 50 kg per batch; continuous systems can be customized within 200-2000 kg/h
Heating MethodElectric, gas/LNG/LPG or electromagnetic, selected for the configuration
MaterialSUS304 stainless steel food-contact construction
ControlAutomatic temperature control; PLC and variable-speed conveying for continuous lines
VoltageCustomized to local power supply
Selection NotesReference round-batch models are JSYG1000 at 20 kg/batch and 36 kW, JSYG1200 at 30 kg/batch and 48 kW, and JSYG1500 at 50 kg/batch and 60 kW. Continuous frying systems can be customized within 200-2000 kg/h, with JSLY electric models from 400-800 kg/h. The continuous fryer is suitable for coated peanuts, broad beans, green peas and cashews, and can integrate double-mesh conveying, online oil screening and optional vacuum filtration. Batch size is not hourly output; final hourly capacity depends on cycle time, coating, moisture, oil recovery, cooling and seasoning requirements.

What We Need to Configure Your Equipment

Please share your raw material and finished product, target output and whether it is based on raw input or finished product, available workshop length, width and height, local power and fuel conditions, and the required automation and packing scope.

After the order and final configuration are confirmed, we provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings needed for implementation. Detailed engineering drawings are supplied for confirmed projects rather than published online.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable Foods and Applications

Frying temperature, residence time and product handling are set for the recipe and target finished product.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about configuring and operating this equipment.

Batch frying suits frequent recipe changes and smaller production runs. Continuous frying is better for stable products and higher output. The decision is based on product, coating and daily production plan.

Typical applications include peanuts, coated peanuts, broad beans, green peas and cashews. Product trials confirm the suitable mesh, agitation and frying recipe.

Round batch references are 20-50 kg per batch. Continuous systems can be evaluated from approximately 200 to 2000 kg/h, with final output confirmed for the selected product.

A vibrating conveyor or centrifugal deoiler can be used. The correct method depends on product fragility, coating strength and whether production is batch or continuous.

Yes. Air cooling, inspection, drum seasoning and an oil filtration system can be integrated after the flavor process and expected fines load are defined.

Yes. Capacity and layout are engineered around your product, target output, available workshop dimensions, heating source, local utilities and required automation. The listed capacity ranges support initial selection and are not fixed limits.

Yes. After the order and final equipment configuration are confirmed, our engineers provide the project-specific layout, installation and connection drawings required for implementation.
